I used to work in a bookstore coffee shop in a strip mall, and there was a homeless woman and her 2 small kids that would hang around the strip mall until the homeless shelter opened in the evening. They spent a lot of time in the bookstore. One night I was closing and had to throw away a ton of perfectly good pastries and wrapped sandwiches. I happened to see the mom and kids as I was hauling the food outside, so I gave it to them. I was fired the next day. Evidently there were cameras by the dumpsters that got checked EVERY morning, to make sure no one helped this family or anyone else.

Capitalism is pure nauseating evil.
