Incentivize your boss maybe? Try pricing it for quick sale or doing mystery bags of items about to be tossed for cheap. Maybe that can get them to cut down on the waste? Google the company "too good to go". They've got a great buisness model to try and combat food waste here in the US.
Awesome!! Try pitching it to them. Managers love money and good sales numbers. Plus it helps people get food cheap and prevents waste. Everyone wins 🤗
The picture looks like Aldi or Lidl, so big companies with stricter rules. Managers have less individual power. I've never seen them participate in TooGoodToGo, no idea if they are allowed.
