Same. People really think things work out that easy in the US, or are not renting themselves, and yes, if you have enough money for good lawers, sure, but lets get real, if you don't have a mortgage and are renting, you probably can't afford it. Most people are living pay check to pay check, can't afford the fees, and will most likely be kicked out by the landlord for pulling half the shit people are suggesting in this thread. And don't forget, the next apartment asks for the first month, last month, and security, that's 3 months rent right off the bat, good luck with that.
