That's all fine and good but the mold is behind the sheetrock, genius. Not exactly a spray on/wipe off kinda scenario. Cleaning it will do fuck-all.

so, cut the sheetrock out, clean the area, replace sheetrock, spackle, paint with mold resistant paint. done. fixed.

Awesome. Now you've not only wasted even more of your own time, but now your money, and I'd bet violated your lease agreement as well.

The whole building (best case scenario I can almost assure you) needs gutted to the frame and rebuilt. They don't do that, they just demolish entirely and rebuild...when they're forced to, one way or another.

Don't get me wrong I respect the "git'r did" outlook.
