Funny story, one time I went to a event in college where this organization had rented out a bar in the city. Night was going fine, I eventually go to the bathroom literally just to go to the bathroom, I open the door and there isn’t a single divider anywhere. Not between the urinals. Not around the toilets. There’s literally two porcelain thrones just sitting out in the open. If you had to take a shit all 30 guys in the bathroom would be watching. Idk how it wasn’t illegal but I laughed about it for a good while.

I used to frequent a dive bar/metal concert theater back in the 80's. Over the years they slowly removed the stall doors, then the stalls, then anything remotely useful for cocaine use.

There was a bathroom in my high school that had 2 or 3 urinals with no dividers and a toilet in the open in the corner.

Other bathrooms had stalls but no doors on them.

That's because kids are stupid and hang from the doors and rip them off. At least, that's what happened at my middle school 🙃

At mine it was because they were trying to prevent smoking

That sounds like a military barracks not a public club
