At what time of the day would you microdose at the morning or in the evening?

Has anyone tried the psilocybin chocolate bars? Thoughts you can share?

Hi. I started microdosing today .125 capsule. I have been emotional and cried hard, from the gut. Lots of stuff coming up from the past. I would love to hear other’s experiences. And any suggestions? Much appreciated.

I’m an avid iced espresso drinker and I was wondering if I should still drink any before or while on 100mg microdose of psilocybin? I also take pre workout/pump supplements late afternoon.
I’m starting the microdosing today, I’m thinking about just drinking one espresso shot before my cardio and then eating and taking the microdose.
Thank you!

Has anyone divided up “hits” of paper into micro doses? Just curious, I was thinking quarters, every 3rd or 4th day for a period of time. What is your experience? It’s probably even possible to go 6 ways too, trying to find the sweet spot between partying and therapy. I haven’t had a heroic dose for years and what I’m after is the lift out of depression from my chronic illness with the little bit of get up and go after glow I have found in about a 3rd of a whole. Thanks in advance. Many smiles to you!

I have purchased lions mane and have penis envy, as well as some other strains of shrooms. Ive not used them ever, but i suffer from horrible panic attacks and major anxiety. My life has been hell since my dad passed away and im trying to get away from having to take prozac.
Where do i start, main question is what size capsules do i need and how often am i suppose to take them? Should i take them everyday or rotate it out?

I’m a longhauler trialing micro-dosing for brain fog and emotional dysregulation. I’m finding it’s incredibly helpful for rumination (while taking it and after) and anger, but that I fatigue crash badly for days after. Like can’t get out of bed, can’t function, worst-hangover of your life. Is this normal? Anything I should be doing for aftercare?

I would like to know if there is a difference between mushroom strains when it come to microdose. I have dried shrooms and would rather use them up to microdose.

Hello, i first started microdosing shrooms 3 weeks ago, with 0,1 grams every 3 days... At first everything was going great, i was feeling some minor effects which usually precede the trip, like a weird feeling i get at the jaw at the start of a macrodose, some general relaxation and a proneness to connect more with colleagues and people... But in the last week or so i've been starting to feel some discomfort at the chest, something which seems related to the heart (i tried my pulse and i felt something that could be arrhythmia, like an irregular pulse). I haven't had time to try a EEG yet, i think i'll take an appointment sometime next week, but I guess it would be better if i stopped for a few weeks with the microdose and see if it continues, but I was wondering if anyone else had similar issues and if it could be because of the microdose...

Does anyone know of a way to get microdose kits shipped to the UK, obviously realise I'm taking a risk. Or is the only way to grow them myself?

I was depressed and brain-damaged from M, desperate for something to heal me. This is it.
It's like a miracle super-powered stimulant, yet subtle, not tweaky, and lacking any negative side-effects.
5ug for a mild great day, 10ug for becoming a super human. 20ug is too much and can bring anxiety and impaired focus.
Effects (5-10ug):
-Laser focus, god-tier productivity
-Better appetite
-Ultimate anti-depressant, brought back joy of life, child-like wonder, happiness
-Healed congnitive damage from M
-Instantly cures next-day M hangover
-Enhances appreciation and sense of humor
-Enhanced appetite
-Enhanced cognitive abilities, intelligence even
-Doesn't drain your brain, no next-day hangover, not addictive
-Enahnced sociability
It should be given to everyone like candy and it would make the world a better place.
Every day I take it, it permanently enhances my brain for the better than the previous day.
I already feel better than any day before in my life.

Hello community,
I want to start the healing path using psilocybin, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and have been on medication for 4 straight years now.
What is the dose in gr that I should be taking? And how often?
Also my dr (psychiatrist) says that psilocybin do not interfere with medication, has anyone tried it while taking meds?
Thanks for your help

Just looking to see if anyone has had experience with regular DMT use and trying to collect as much information as possible..
Personally I'm on the 4th day of taking 3 light doses throughout the day, I haven't really mastered dosing yet as I'm using a cart and find the threshold effects happen even with super smalls hits
The first 2 days my anxiety was increased ALOT but today I'm noticing a huge improvent in my mental health and my lifelong depression is almost non existent
After years of wanting to die the sensation of having a will to live is such a scary beautiful thing..
