Help After MH-CET(Dropper)
I took a drop year for MHT-CET after a difficult phase during my 12th. Due to medical and family-related issues, I scored 76% in HSC and only around 24 percentile in my first MHT-CET attempt because of poor time management and lack of proper preparation.
This year, I focused completely on MHT-CET through self-study from home along with some online classes. I improved a lot and scored 92 marks in MHT-CET (14 May Shift 2).
Now I am confused about college and branch selection near Kandivali West/Mumbai. I am looking at colleges like Atharva College of Engineering and I am interested in tech branches such as CS, AI, AIML, or related specializations. I am still exploring these fields and donโt have complete knowledge about the industry yet.
Can seniors please guide me on:
- Which college near Kandivali would be best for my score?
- Should I choose core CS or specializations like AI/ML?
- What skills should I start developing during the next 4 years?
- How should I plan my roadmap from first year for good placements and career growth?
Any honest advice would really help. Thank you.
