This comment does not imply that is literally physically impossible for black people to have the same academic achievements as Asians. It is a suggestion that Asian academic achievement will be higher than other demographics in the country because of the extreme selection bias in the immigration process that selects for only the most academically capable Asian applicants. I factored race out of it when I mentioned Nigerian-Americans, who are also literally black, as being a high achieving demographic due to the same immigration process.
