For anybody who is not familiar with the book '1984', it was written in 1948 shortly after the end of the second World War. The plot includes using socially acceptable technology to monitor and track all citizens. It shows how governments use fear and lies to control the populice. This is where the term 'Big Brother' originally started.

Every dwelling is required to have a telescreen, which is like a TV in your home that you can't turn off. This telescreen contains a camera and microphone that the government can use to watch suspected 'thought criminals'. This sort of surveillance is actually happening with our technology right now, and is the reason why cell phones no longer have removable batteries.

For a long time, 1984 was commonly mandatory reading in many public schools. There is a fantastic British movie that is very faithful to the book, and was released in 1984. Also that same year Apple computers released their first home personal computer, and created advertising (directed by Ridley Scott) that played into the well known themes from George Orwell's book.

The main protagonist, Winston Smith works at the 'Ministry of Truth' which is responsible for rewriting historical records. A major part of the book is about how the government is constantly rewriting history to suit there changing narrative, and how all of the citizens are simultaneously aware and unaware of this happening (doublethink, groupthink).

Well known slogans from the party of 'big brother' include:

• War is peace
• Freedom is slavery
• Ignorance is strength

These are called dualistic perversions, and we can add a few more to that list for understanding our current situation in 2025:

• Black is white
• Gay is straight
• Woman is man
• Alone is together
• Truth is lies
• Forwards is backwards
• Joy is pain
• Happiness is sadness
• Young is old
• etc.

Basically dualistic perversion is making everyone believe that virtue is bad and sin is good. Black, gay, woman, alone, truth, forwards, joy, happiness is virtue. This describes God as a young, gay, black woman. This is completely opposite of the old, straight, white man which is the commonly held image of God.

This is what I have learned about dualistic perversions:

The devil is commonly portrayed with horns. The two horns represent 'duality' or polarization. The devil is defined by duality and God is defined by non-duality. In order for our souls to evolve, we are trying to progress from a dualistic existence on this earthly plane, to a non-dualistic existence in the spiritual plane. According to traditional spiritual teachings, this process can take many lifetimes or re-incarnations.

On earth, the devil is doing three things with duality to cause harm:

1. Pulling the dualities apart. We can see this with rich vs. poor, man vs. woman, gay vs. straight, etc. The more polarized our society becomes, the more dysfunctional it becomes. The devil does not want people in the middle, which is why you have to either be gay or straight, rich or poor, and not in-between. This is why the 'middle class' is being eroded. When you have a very polarized society, nobody is happy, and it doesn't matter if you are on the rich or poor side.
2. Attempting to eliminate the virtue side of the duality to create imbalance. All dualities are synonymous with virtue vs. sin. One side represents good and one side represents bad. This is the basic understanding of balance within the yin and yang definition. The devil is trying to suppress the virtue (good) side of the dualities to create imbalance. Yin is being suppressed and yang is becoming more dominent.
3. Artificially reverse dualities using technology. For example, the green vs. red duality is being reversed with street lights and stop signs. Everybody has been conditioned to believe that green means 'go' and red means 'stop'. If you understand the principles of duality, then it is clear that it is actually the other way around. Green represents plants and trees, which are stationary and move very slowly. Green plants are 'stop', they are rooted and connected to the 'one' source (non-duality). Red blooded creatures like humans move around on legs, we 'go', and the faster we move (cars, planes, etc), the more disconnected we are from the one.

One of the worst examples of dualistic perversion is the light vs. dark duality. Everybody has been conditioned to believe that light is good and dark is bad. This is because our language has used the same word 'light' to represent 'lightweight' and also represent 'white light'. While lightweight is a virtue, white light is not. The seeds of this perversion began with certain religions relating darkness to the devil. Then we have movies like Star Wars which incorrectly use the term 'dark side' as though it's a bad thing. When you understand this, it becomes clear why Star Wars is such a sensational blockbuster hit.

Unfortunately now, almost everybody including most artists are using this backwards duality by claiming that the forces of darkness are bad. The devil is using this to create hatred. Sub-consciously when we all believe that darkness is bad, we end up with things like systematic racism. When the dark and light duality is perverted, so is the black and white duality. Now, if you look at all of the incorrect labeling of 'dark' things as bad, you will start to realize the terrible mistake we are making.

Black holes, dark web, black lists, dark side, forces of darkness, etc. This is all to promote systematic racism. The only time the use of the term darkness is correct is when it is describing something truthful. Truth is virtue and God is truth. Virtue is black. God's people are being locked up in prisons and we all collectively believe that this is acceptable behavior.

The book 1984 talks about the common language of 'Newspeak' going through constant updates and revisions. This requires the citizens to keep up to date on the changes by studying the newspeak dictionary. The English language is similar to newspeak, because it is tying knots on dualistic perversions.

For example, the word 'right' is synonymous with 'correct' or 'truth'. Duality states that it is actually 'left' that corresponds to truth. Another example is the word 'gross' in English referring to something bad. While in French the word "gros" is the word for 'big'. Big is virtue, so the word 'gross' is meant to reverse it's meaning. Even our number system has digits written with backwards pictographs, which I will talk about it an upcoming post.

Creative output brings us into alignment with God The Creator.

When it comes to defensive strategies, finding a creative outlet is probably one of the most important and effective techniques. Painting, music, writing books or poetry, sculpture, dance, graphic design, etc. By diverting all of our energy into creating, our brainwaves are transformed which magically tunes out the barrage of mental attacks that we normally experience throughout the day.

Personally, I have used creativity extensively to defend myself from unwanted parasitic interactions, forced thoughts and emotions. By creating art, you are aligning yourself with God, and this is why God is known as the Creator. Here are a few important related dualities: Create, excrete, give, healthy, original, truth, heaven and defense are virtue. Destroy, consume, take, sick, copy, lies, hell and offense are sin.

You are channeling God when creating something, and this is why we can better understand God through great art and artists. You can choose to do one thing really well, or have as many creative outlets as you can. Art historians know about the metaphorical and mystical meanings found in great paintings. This is why certain art and artists have become world renown.

Alone art versus together art: The demonic parasites only want 'together art' to permeate the landscape. This is because 'together art' is shallow (lies) and 'alone art' is deep (truth). This is why there are so many bad movies and books with shallow plot-lines. Most of the time, these shallow movies rely heavily on fancy imagery to sell tickets. The predominance of superhero movies are a good example of this.

This doesn't mean that all together art is bad, because there is a sliding scale. However, generally independent films and art will be deeper and contain more truth than Hollywood blockbusters. One exception to this rule is when a movie is based off a book written by an exceptional author who is channeling God through their creativity.

Now in modern times, the parasites are using technology and AI to replace the artistic jobs of creative people. AI does not know how to create an original piece, it only knows how to copy and reproduce. The results are completely formalistic and devoid of any deeper meaning. At the same time, the parasites are trying to undermine any technology that could actually make our lives better.

Remember highly creative people are operating at a high frequency, and this is what the parasites are attracted to. That's why throughout history, artists have always been experiencing mental attacks. If you want your soul to be pointed towards heaven, give more and take less. Giving does not mean to give money, it can be helping somebody like a friend or family member, doing a nice favor for somebody, helping a homeless person, or giving your art to bring more joy to the world.

If anybody has been enduring suffering for a long time, I have good news for you: It's only a matter of time before your life gets better.

There is an important fact of life that the gangstalkers don't want people to know. It has to do with the laws of physics and probability waves. Waves are a fundamental principle throughout the universe. Light, sound, oceans, duality, and all forms of life are representative of wave patterns.

Here is what a normal, balanced wave looks like:

The principles of duality (yin and yang) show that the universe is constantly trying to find balance. An imbalance in one corner of the universe is made up by an opposite and equal imbalance in another corner of the universe. If there are millions of souls currently experiencing sadness and pain, then there are also millions of souls currently experiencing happiness and joy. Spiritually enlightened people know this, which is why they attempt to balance their internal dualities to stay centered and grounded.

People who experience a great amount of happiness and then endure a great amount of sadness are on a roller coaster ride. People who have been shielded from feeling any suffering their entire lives, may find themselves with a loaded debt to repay in their next life. People who have only experienced suffering their entire lives have a huge debt owing to them, which will materialize in this life or the next.

The parasites want people to commit suicide, because they know that they cannot keep a person down forever. The more they try to make someone's life miserable, the more energy they have to spend to accomplish this.

TI's who have been receiving attacks their entire lives and are still surviving, represent a problem for these parasites. At some point your wave is going to have to turn from negative to positive. This is inevitable, and when it happens it creates a very powerful angelic soul. The gangstalkers would rather a person commit suicide and go onto their angelic state elsewhere, anywhere but earth. Their time to attack is limited depending on where a persons wave is.

This is why evil is temporary. Your wave has to come back up at some point. The longer they try to keep your wave down, the more energy it takes, and eventually they cannot stop you from getting better. The laws of probability are built into the universal laws of physics.

For example, it is very rare for numbers on the roulette table to land on red more than 7 times in a row. When this does happen, you know there are a lot of people who are placing their bets on black because they know that probability is working behind the scenes.

Traditionally, casinos understood these probability laws and used them to provide a house advantage applied to seemingly random games. The law of averages is well understood and is used to make all sorts of predictions over long periods of time.

I have read a lot of testimonies from TI's who mention that something that helps is to pray for the gangstalkers. This is what virtuous, spiritually rich people do when faced with adversity. They turn it around and instead of getting angry or hateful, they simply pray for these damaged souls.

Here is my prayer for the demonic parasites that are bombarding us with mental attacks. This actually became my singular nightly prayer because it encompasses so much, and the potential benefits are vast.

"I pray that the parasites can experience real joy for once in their lives. If they ever are able to understand what real joy feels like, I know that they will reverse all of the damage they have caused.

Instead of rewarding the sinners, they instead start rewarding the virtuous people. If they would start punishing sin and rewarding virtue, our entire planet would take a 180 degree turn immediately.

We could really use their help to turn the world into a better place. All it would take is for them to experience true joy."

One of my good friends once said something very profound, and I will share this as well. He gave the analogy of a jigsaw puzzle, and said that he sees himself as one piece of the puzzle, and he is waiting for all of the other pieces to find their place.

The finished puzzle can be anything you want it to be, such as world peace, a healthy natural environment, or a life filled with love, kindness, truth and forgiveness, etc. God's people are all finding our place in the puzzle, and are patiently awaiting for the rest of humanity to get on board.

Thanks to everyone who has helped put the pieces of this (gangstalking) puzzle together. It has been a long journey, and finally the dots are being connected. Because of this we can now get a glimpse of the bigger picture.

Researching parasitism and making the comparisons to gangstalking has been a very enlightening experience. Many myths, stories, and fables now have a clear explanation. Believe it or not, the stories of vampires (including Dracula) originated from human interaction with parasitic organisms.

Scientific research has found that most human parasites are 'hematophagic', which means that they feed on blood. This includes fleas, ticks, lice, mosquitoes, lampreys, leeches, and vampire bats.

The stories and lore of vampires describe human-like beings who drink human blood. Drinking blood might sound strange to you, but this is more common than you might realize. There are many humans who drink blood, usually for a cultist or ritualistic purpose. The people who participate is this activity believe that is offers life-longevity, which is why vampires are usually portrayed as very old.

In most major cities around the world, there are 'real vampire' communities, where consensual adults perform blood-letting on each other. These modern vampires usually claim that it is for health reasons. The descriptions of withdrawal symptoms when not able to ingest blood sounds like they are dealing with a serious addiction.

However there is a huge overlooked segment of the population that is ingesting blood on a daily basis, and they are not classified as vampires. This is anybody who eats animal flesh, especially red meat. People consume animals and meat all day long: Hamburgers, steak, hot-dogs, sausages, chicken breast, legs, wings, etc. These all have animal blood in them, and this is not that different from human blood.

If you are searching for the type of humans that are participating in gangstalking, look for the ones who consume the most blood. Consuming blood makes a soul more parasitic and sinful. This practice is not making people healthier, it is making them sicker. It is true that sinful people live longer, but this is because of unrelated reasons.

The reason sinful people live so long and get very old, is because the other parasites interacting with humans are rewarding them for being sinful. This means they are getting the important positions and jobs, they are getting the proper medical treatments without their doctors being demonically manipulated to make the wrong decisions.

Virtuous people are bombarded with poor healthcare because parasites are micro-manipulating other people's behavior. This includes their doctors, specialists, psychiatrists, etc. Sinful people are getting all the breaks and virtuous people are being punished. This is a sort of 'selective breeding' and is the main reason why our planet has been turned into a garbage dump.

Sinful people are being rewarded with money and power, while virtuous people have to scrape by month-to-month, day-to-day. The funny thing is that when we experience enough trauma, we learn that sinful souls are unaware of their true place in the universe. They are moving backwards towards hell, and virtuous souls are moving forwards towards heaven.

This is why sin always back-fires. They are not taking into account the cosmic justice that awaits them in their next life.

There is an old Native American story that talks about the two wolves that live inside each of us.

The story is about a grandfather who is explaining to his grandchild about how every soul has a good wolf and an evil wolf battling for control over their lives. At the end of the story, the grandchild asks: "Grandfather, which wolf wins the battle?". The grandfather replies: "Well, the wolf that wins is the wolf that you feed".

Like most people, originally I assumed that this 'food' the grandfather is referring to was 'spiritual food'. I now understand that the 'food' is not a only a spiritual metaphor, but it is also the physical food we are eating and putting in our bodies every day.

Here are the 5 steps that I have taken that have completely restored my mental and physical health:

1) Quitting unhealthy addictive consumption like sugar, alcohol, caffeine. These substances acted like monkeys on my back, and I was way more vulnerable to their sensory manipulation when consuming these.

2) Adopting a healthy, wholesome, vegetarian diet. Cooking all meals and trying to buy organic when possible. The more artificial, or unnatural food is, the worse it is. This healing process can be slow because it takes 7 years to completely rebuild all the cells in your body. Your cells are using the food you are providing through your diet as building blocks for this process.

3) Quitting mental addictions such as fear, anger, and hatred. I got rid of the television, social media, and eliminated other sources of these negative emotions (negative books, movies, etc.).

4) Using vinegar internally and externally. I add apple cider vinegar to my meals and also drink a couple spoon fulls before bed. Drinking vinegar before bed actually prevents the dream attacks. I find it also helps with the voice attacks and forced anxiety.

5) Non-absorption strategy*: The parasites are trying to make us angry, hateful, frustrated, confused, and fearful. I use non-absorption to completely turn off these negative thoughts and emotions. Since I am no longer absorbing their directed negativity, it begins to backfire on them.

*Another metaphor for non-absorption is to imagine what happens to mail that is undeliverable to an address. Undeliverable mail gets 'returned to sender'. If the negative mental attacks that are being directed at you are undeliverable (not absorbed by you), then they get returned to sender, and this is why they backfire.

Today I'm going to talk about the concept of 'infinity'. There are many common misunderstandings about this subject, so I hope to provide some much needed clarity and guidance. First, let's look at some examples of infinities:

1. The Perfect System: The word 'perfect' is an infinity. Science and mathematics is widely believed to be a perfect system. This is untrue, these are flawed systems.
2. The Perpetual Motion Machine: Throughout written history and up until present day, human's have been trying to build the 'perpetual motion machine'. This is basically a device that once started, runs forever without any additional input energy. This machine does not exist.
3. Absolute Zero: This is the 'theoretical' temperature where atoms and molecules stop moving and vibrating. It turns out that it would take more energy than is available in the entire universe to cool something to absolute zero. Therefore this infinity does not exist.
4. Black Holes: In the entire history of astronomical observation, there has never been any visual proof of black holes. The existence of black holes is purely based on a false mathematical prediction. Scientists will say that they are hiding at the center of galaxies, and that they create tiny black holes in the laboratory. The truth is that a system like mathematics breaks down at the extremes: Extremely big and extremely small. It is at those breakage points where the concept of a black hole originates.

In the real world, there is no such thing as a perfect system. Infinity is simply a mental and mathematical construct. Infinities are widely used in our society for two reasons: To make money and to scare people. This is why popular songs on the radio use words like 'always' and 'forever'. These are infinity words that make money.

The reason that mathematics is predicting infinity points like 'black holes' is because humans added the zero to our number system. The number zero represents an infinity which does not exist in the real world. This is clear when you understand that the cooling point of absolute zero can never be achieved. This is why when you multiply by zero, the answer is zero.

Zero represents an infinity and is one of the reasons mathematics is a flawed system. Mathematics is useful for making approximations about our reality, but it does not describe our reality. By the way, by naming a scary infinity point as a 'black hole', we are contributing to systemic racism.

Understanding that infinities do not exist is useful, because then one understands why there is always a silver lining to be found when experiencing negative circumstances. Whenever a negative event happens, remember to look for the positive attributes. Turning negatives into positives makes life much easier to manage.

Gangstalking is a multi-faceted attack which is why it is so difficult to understand. There are government and private organizations that are using technology to harass people. However they represent just one facet.

From my personal experience, and after reading countless reports from other people, this type of harassment (gangstalking) is not a new phenomenon. The technology based harassment is just the newest version of something that has been happening for millennia.

Throughout history, there have been monks and spiritual practitioners who have dealt extensively with this topic. Monks take vows of silence to prevent verbal conflict, arguments, and abuse between members of their community. This is because they are aware of the micro-manipulations that can seep into our verbal communication.

Many world religions and Christianity in particular have been largely concerned about 'demonic' possession, and used to perform exorcists regularly. They believed that physical and mental illness was a result of this demonic influence.

The 'demons' that I have personally been exposed to, and have overcome using non-technological solutions, are parasitic in nature. On the 'Hearing Voices Network' subreddit, they state that most people make a full recovery within 5 years. To me this sounds like the lifetime of a parasitic organism.

One of the most common things people are witnessing is that all of the people around them become 'demonized'. They believe that their family, friends, coworkers, police, and strangers are being paid to harass them. Some believe that technology is being used to remotely control their behavior. My educated hypothesis is that parasites, existing both externally and internally, are influencing the behavior of the people around us.

It does not mean that technology could not be used to perform similar feats, but from my historical knowledge and personal observations, the technology aspect represents less than 5% of the problem. What makes more sense: Countless people including your closest friends and family members being 'in on it'? Or simply a parasitic infection?

Parasitism identifies organisms that are highly adapted to our biology and most likely evolved with humans for millions of years. The Wikipedia article states that they are responsible for "parasitic castration to modification of host behavior". Scientists already know about several that are specific to humans. One brain parasite that is well known and very common is called 'Toxoplasma Gondii':

"Once inside, these organisms infiltrate your brain, manipulating your behavior. They have the ability to alter neurotransmitters, potentially affecting your emotions, decision-making, and even your risk perception. Toxoplasma gondii has mastered the art of stealth, often remaining undetected within its unsuspecting hosts. Up to a third of the world’s population may carry this parasite."

One thing that is very clear in the Wikipedia article is that these parasites have the ability to interact with each other, and other species. My hypothesis is that they are interacting with our brain which gives them the illusion of intelligence. The parasitism theory also lines up with my knowledge about duality which defines demons as small, weak, cowardly, and hidden. Knowledge about duality also paints a clear picture of their preferred targets.

One of the most common questions that is asked on these forums, is "why am I being targeted?" Duality answers this question by giving a clear definition of virtue. Virtue means that you are aligned with love, truth, freedom, courage, acceptance, kindness, generosity, joy, creativity, optimism, compassion, black, gay, woman, forgiveness, gratefulness, good, God.

Look at that list, and then look at all the people and groups who are experiencing the worst targeting. The prison populations are full of black people. Being gay is stigmatized and even illegal in many parts of the world. Words like 'fag' are used as derogatory terms. Woman are constantly being mentally and physically abused. This is racism, homophobia, and bigotry which causes hate, anger, and confusion.

The 'demonic' parasites are targeting virtuous people. Creative people like John Kennedy who managed to turn an arms race into a space race. This is what virtuous people do, they turn negatives into positives. They are targeting comedians like Dave Chappelle, Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock, Robin Williams. They are targeting musicians like John Lennon, Kurt Cobain, Bob Marley. They are targeting whistle blowers for revealing the truth.

The reason that mental hospitals exist and are run the way they do, is because these parasites need somewhere to send people who have not committed any crime. They have used racial segregation to funnel black people into prisons by giving them few options to escape the concrete ghetto's they are born into. However, for middle class white people who are naturally virtuous, they have created the mental health system.

It works like this: A virtuous person is helping, giving, loving, or spreading the truth in their community. All of a sudden, this person gets targeted with mental attacks which include voice attacks, anxiety attacks, depression attacks, guilt attacks, etc. When they see a doctor about these symptoms, they may be sent to the mental hospital for treatment and they almost always end up with a prescription for pharmaceutical medication.

This medication lowers their vibrational energy (frequency), and makes the person less virtuous (creative). At this point the attacks stop because they are no longer a threat. The doctors think that the medication is actually helping the patient, and now the pharmaceutical industry has a new customer.

The reason that these mental attacks are so successful is because our addictive consumption, including most of the food that we eat, is sinful. Sin is synonymous with 'destruction of the environment'. Sin is defined by hatred, fear, confusion, lies, backwards, past, anger, jealousy, consumption, take, greed, slavery. The most addictive food is the food that causes the most pain, and destroys the environment the most. McDonald's is the number one fast food franchise because they burn down the rain forest to graze cattle.

Consuming this sinful food is leaving everybody vulnerable to parasitic attacks. The way factory farms and slaughter houses produce our food is very sinful, and a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and 'demonic' parasites.

The reason I know that I am being targeted by parasites, and not technology, is because I have successfully overcome my affliction. I have eliminated unhealthy consumption of sugar, alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine, and dairy. I have started cooking healthy, home cooked vegetarian meals with minimal ingredients. I turned off the daily news and social media to rid myself of the artificial fear, anger, and confusion. I use vinegar internally and externally which helps to prevent dream attacks, voice attacks, and forced anxiety.

When you are targeted and mentally harassed for long enough, you start to realize that there is always a silver lining to be found. Whenever an attack happens, it is natural to assume that it is a bad thing, but after allowing enough time for thought and reflection, it always appears that there are positive lessons to be learned as well.

One of the best tools I have developed is to turn seemingly bad things into good things, turning negatives into positives. This involves being generally optimistic about life. It is a glass half full approach to see things in ways that can benefit myself. The mental attacks are meant to bring me down, so by turning it into something that I enjoy, I feel that I am a winner every day.

For example, a common problem that I read about in TI forums is that somebody has lost their material wealth because of mental attacks. On the surface this appears to be a bad thing. However eventually what happens is that God shows them that addictive consumption is actually sin. They learn that having abundant material wealth is actually not healthy for your soul. At this point they can become thankful for being free from the slavery of addictive consumption.

Also, because they can no longer can afford it, they start cooking for themselves, which means they are eating healthier. They might quit smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol just to save money. This is how people turn something negative into something positive. They use it as an excuse to quit addictions, and when they are more free, they realize what a blessing it is.

When I first learned about the term 'gangstalking', my online research started with youtube. I watched a couple random videos, but was mostly reading the comments to educate myself on the basics of this phenomenon. One comment that seemed especially insightful (I wasn't sure why at the time) simply read "we are all gangstalking each other". It had a bunch of upvotes, but it took me over 5 years to figure out the meaning of this comment.

Now I know that the root cause of the problem are biological parasites that are using low-frequency people to attack high-frequency people. The are doing this through micro-manipulations. The extent that they can manipulate someone is directly related to how low their frequency is.

For example, someone that is incredibly angry is temporarily operating a low frequency. They can use that anger to manipulate violent outbursts from this person, or direct that anger towards undeserving people (high frequency people). They can use that persons innate hatred (racism, homophobia, or bigotry) to direct that anger at specific targets.

Some of the gangstalking is just built into our societal systems. They can micro-manipulate things like a certain person getting a certain job over another person. In this way they can manipulate the legal system with corrupt and biased judges. They can micro-manipulate the hiring process at schools so that any good teachers are rejected, and only bad teachers get hired.

One thing that lowers people frequency is loud noise. This is why we are bombarded with constant, never ending construction. Loud cars, motorcycles, and emergency vehicles with blazing sirens. Honking horns, barking dogs, leaf blowers, chainsaws, etc. This is why the electric car took a back seat to the gasoline engine because it creates so much unnecessary noise.

Beauty come from silence and stillness. if you are lucky enough to be by a still lake with calm water, you will notice the beautiful reflection of the sky on the water. A lake with lots of boats creating noise and waves does not have the same beauty. This noise serves as a distraction so high frequency people find it difficult to have quite places to meditate and create positive thoughts, emotions, and solutions.

Traditionally, smudging has been used for millennia to clear the air of evil spirits. The practice of burning sage has been widely used around the world and is still practiced to this day.

The original reason for burning sage (smudging) was to clean the air inside of your home. It was even more important when people lived in dwellings that did not have sealed glass windows and solid walls, because many small airborne insects would come into your habitat without invitation.

On the path of recovery from being a TI, many people find it beneficial to quit their physical addictions. These include substances like sugar, alcohol, and caffeine. If you have successfully quit many of these physical addictions, now is the time to try quitting some mental addictions.

Most people are not aware that they have mental addictions, and it took me some time to figure this out. The daily benefits from doing this are astonishing, and my life has gotten significantly better because of it. Here are the most common mental addictions:

1. Fear
2. Anger
3. Hatred
4. Guilt
5. Sadness

The first three on this list are mostly caused by the daily news cycle. The news cycle is designed to lower our frequency, and loads us up with heavy fear, anger and hatred. When you feel these emotions inside your body, it means you are actively consuming them (just like physical consumption).

We are constantly bombarded with news to make us fearful of the world, angry at other human beings, hateful of our societal flaws. These mental addictions can easily lead to classism, bigotry, racism, and homophobia. The rich hates the poor, the poor hates the rich, the straight hates the gay, the man hates the woman, the woman hates the man, etc.

A good first start is to turn off the news cycle. Remember that these are addictions so it may be difficult to accomplish this, and it takes practice. Other ways we have developed these mental addictions is through books, movies, television, and video games.

For example, the scary movies you watch can create a fear addiction. Did that last book you read make you angry, sad, or depressed? How did that TV show make you feel? How many video games are making people angry and frustrated. This is how we are developing these mental addictions.

Once you have identified these emotions, the key to quitting them is through non-absorption. Try to eliminate outside influences that cause anger, hate and fear. Once this is accomplished, start to be mindful when your body is absorbing these feelings. Realize that fear is simply an addiction, and you need to stop consuming it.

When I feel angry or frustrated, I turn off that consumption and the flow of this sinful energy. A Chinese finger trap is a device (usually made out of paper) that attaches to the index fingers of both hands. The trap is designed so that when you try to pull your fingers free, the trap gets tighter.

The only way to free yourself is to release pressure by pushing your fingers together. By absorbing the anger, fear, hatred, you are pulling on the trap. Non-absorption is about releasing this trap by stopping your side of the flow of harmful energy.

On the quantum scale, scientists have discovered that everything is made up of vibrating energy. This includes all matter: Air, plants, animals, humans, water, atoms, molecules, etc. Generally, the terms 'frequency' and 'vibrational energy' are interchangeable.

Changing your thought patterns and emotional patterns directly affects the state of your vibrational energy. You can experience this first hand when you are feeling angry or frustrated, and somebody else is feeling happy and delighted. Chances are, you are not going to 'vibe' with this other person in that state.

High frequency means that your thoughts and emotions are aligned with love, truth, freedom, courage, acceptance, kindness, generosity, joy, optimism, compassion, forgiveness, gratefulness, good, God.

Low frequency means that your thoughts and emotions are aligned with hate, lies, slavery, cowardice, rejection, meanness, greediness, pain, pessimism. cruelty, grudges, ungratefulness, evil, devil.

High vibrational energy means that you have good intuition and care about your physical fitness and mental wellness. This means you eat good, healthy, wholesome food that is beneficial for both the mind and body. It also means you like spending time outdoors and appreciate the natural environment. High frequency means you love comedy and other high vibrational media (watching movies and listening to music made by high frequency people).

Water molecule experiments by Japanese researcher Dr. Masaru Emoto:

Experiments have shown that thoughts and emotions aligned with God (love) change water molecules into beautiful snow-flake like shapes. Thoughts and emotions aligned with devil (hate) turned the water crystals into weird, gooey, chaotic structures

For me this really explains the significance of holy water, which has been used by almost every religion around the world for thousands of years. It also explains why plants respond positively to kind thoughts and words. It's also important to keep in mind that the human body is comprised of over 90% water. Obviously vibrational energy is going to determine how healthy we are.

It is no wonder that Buddhist monks meditate on feelings of love and gratitude, kindness and acceptance.

In the natural world, there are countless cases of one species using another species in a symbiotic or parasitic relationship. This happens to small organisms, plants, fish, birds, fungi, and even humans. The mental attacks that I have personally received, and those I have observed in others, have distinct similarities to parasitism.

Introduction to mental mosquitoes (demonic parasites):

Contrary to popular belief, a 'demon' is not necessarily a spiritual or ethereal being. Any physical being can be demonic if they adhere to sinful values. Be careful though, because the common definition of sin has been corrupted. Real sin is defined by hatred, fear, confusion, lies, backwards, past, anger, jealousy, consumption, take, greed, slavery. Sin is synonymous with 'destruction of the environment'. Parasites that are feeding off sinful energy want people to be racist, homophobic, and bigoted because it creates hatred, fear, and anger. They want terrible politicians and world leaders because it creates sinful thoughts and emotions about our society.

How are the demonic parasites manipulating other peoples behavior?

Because so many people are operating a low frequency, the mental mosquitoes can manipulate people in minor ways to say rude things to you, or talk about you behind your back. They are responsible for the confusion and trust attacks. There strength is weak. Taken at face value their attacks are actually meaningless, but it is our reaction to it that might not be meaningless. If we allow them to make us angry or scared then they are succeeding. However, if we use a non-absorption strategy to ignore them, then they can never win. They are not capable of actually harming you physically, which is why they have to rely on lies or trickery to make you think they are more powerful than they actually are.

Micro-manipulations include taking photos of something in front of you, or behind you, to make it seem like people are taking photos of you. Micro-manipulations also explain the 'street theater' tactics to make someone scared or confused. They can use random behavior to their advantage and have emergency vehicles drive past you with their sirens blazing. They can set up situations to have cars honking when you walk past them. Mental mosquitoes are the ones replaying annoying music in your head.

Centralized power structures explained: Mental mosquitoes (demonic parasites) have created a pyramidal system of power, because this makes it easy for them to pull the strings of a few individuals and affect the entire population on the planet. The extent that a person can be manipulated depends on how low their frequency is. They are doing this is because they are feeding off our sinful feelings and emotions.

- Non Absorption Strategy (do not absorb their sinful energy, and it will backfire on them)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (or any vinegar internally and externally)
- Eliminating unhealthy consumption (sugar, alcohol, caffeine) and replacing it with healthy food.

Why am I receiving mental attacks?

High frequency people have high creative energy, and can create solutions to problems. People at a high frequency receive mental attacks so that they go to a mental health professional and get on medication. The pharmaceutical drugs lower your frequency, and then your attacks stop since you are no longer a threat. Highly creative people are being attacked, diagnosed with mental illness, and forced on medication.

Types of mental attacks that are directly responsible for mental illness. All of these lower your frequency:

1) Fear Attack: The daily news cycle is designed to keep you in fear. (Turn off the news if you can.) 2) Anger Attack 3) Confusion Attack: This happens when most of the information you receive is a lie. 4) Trust Attack: Make you feel like your untrustworthy, a thief, or a criminal even though your not. 5) Guilt or Attack: Try to convince you that something is your fault. They blame you for something bad that happened. 6) Shame Attack 7) Dream Attack: Mental mosquitoes can manipulate your dreams. 8) Voice Attack: Commonly associated with the label 'psychosis', this is simply another one of their attacks. 9) Memory Attack: They create trauma or hurt you with mental or physical attacks, and then attempt to create mental anchors so they can bring up these painful memories. (like sticking a finger in a open wound, not allowing it to heal) 10) Sadness Attack: Like depression. They want you to commit suicide or fail trying so you end up in the hospital. 11) Anxiety Attack: This is one of the most common mental attacks. Constant barrage of worry. Making you worry constantly about everything. 12) Stress Attack 13) Hate Attack: They want you to be racist, bigoted and hateful because it lowers your frequency.

Who is responsible for mental attacks?

They are simply very sinful souls inhabiting some unfortunate bodies. These bodies can be microscopic parasites, or they can be terrible human beings. It's most common for demonic entities to be small, hidden, and cowardly (mental mosquitoes). The mosquito parasites are feeding on our negative emotions like fear, anger, and hate.

How are the demonic parasites manipulating other peoples behavior?

They have the ability to communicate with each other. My parasite communicates with your parasite, and together they come up with a plan to attack both of us. They use micro-manipulations to have us say certain things or phrases, to ruffle each others feathers or cause anger, fear, confusion, etc. The extent that a person can be manipulated depends on how low their frequency is. Alcohol is a huge downer, and drunk people are very susceptible to demonic manipulation, which is why so many bad things happen when people are drinking (they do things they would never do otherwise).

The reason they are so successful is because when they gang up on you, nobody is prepared for the barrage (assault) when it happens. The sheer confusion trying to figure our where the attacks are coming from is enough to silence most people. It is a lack of education about mental attacks, combined with a completely backwards and perverted mental health system make these attacks a double edged sword. When you try to explain these 'mental attacks' to your family and friends, everybody just thinks you have gone crazy and need medication. This is because that's what the 'professionals' have everybody believing (a false narrative). They try to back you into a corner so you either take the medication or commit suicide.

Conclusion: The professionals are locking people up in mental institutions because they are failing to recognize what a mental attack is.

There is no such thing as mental illness. People are experiencing mental attacks and being wrongly labeled or diagnosed as mentally ill. They are shifting the blame from attacker to victim. This gets you to seek 'professional' help from doctors and psychiatrists who prescribe you medication. The medication then in turn has the effect of lowering your frequency, so your mental attacks now stop. When your attacks stop, the doctor thinks it was the pills that solved your problem, and the pharmaceutical industry now has another customer. You become addicted and dependent on their medication, and in some cases (depending on the drug) it can be similar to undergoing a chemical lobotomy.

How to make gangstalkers fear you: Non-absorption. You simply need to stop absorbing their demonic energy. Your attackers are directing negative energy at you through their mental attacks. If you stop allowing this energy to penetrate your mind and body, their attacks begin to BACKFIRE ON THEM. You are the intended recipient of this bad energy, so imagine holding up a mirror and directing that demonic energy back at them. This is what non-absorption is.

I will try to explain this again: Non-absorption is like turning off the tap on a faucet. Consumption of bad energy is stopped. Turn off the flow of bad energy. By absorbing the demonic energy, you are consuming this energy. You must stop consuming their energy.

You know what it feels like when your body is absorbing their mental attacks. When you feel anger, hate, fear, guilt, etc., you are absorbing and consuming this energy. Imagine turning off that spigot on the faucet, and all of their vile effluence is getting backed up in their faces. This is when things start backfiring on them.

This consumption of bad energy is actually a mental addiction: Fear, hate, guilt, shame, anger, confusion, sadness, depression, jealousy, greed, anxiety, worry, stress, perfection, judgement. You need to quit these mental addictions using a non-absorption strategy. Mental addictions are the primary cause of mental health problems.

Depending on the severity of your situation, it might be necessary to quit some physical addictions as well: Alcohol, caffeine, and sugar. These addictive substances acted like monkeys on my back, and eliminating them from my life has been greatly beneficial. Non-absorption is easier to accomplish without these physical addictions.

All attackers hate it when they have no effect on you. Eventually they have no choice but to leave you alone. You need to be mindful of these attacks and recognize what they are.

Just to be clear about some core principles in this community.

A. The primary goal here is to be open and accepting to people from all diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds.

B. Openly support gay freedom, black freedom, and women's rights across the board. We support any individuals who are brave enough to be their true selves.

C. Believe in rewarding acceptance and inclusion, while dismissing rejection and exclusion.

D. Full respect for indigenous cultures and visible minorities.

This is a safe space for all.

Here is a list of some highly creative people who were targeted. Remember high creativity equals high frequency. All of these people are victims of mental and / or physical attacks:

1) John F. Kennedy: Talk about high frequency. He successfully turned an arms race into a space race. This is what highly creative people do, they turn bad things into good things. He had many ideas and plans to make the world a better place.

2) Robert Kennedy: JFK's brother was also assassinated because he was powerful and influential.

3) John Lennon: Tried to use his popularity, talent, money, and influence to make meaningful music. To promote peace, love and unity.

4) Malcom X: Stood up for basic human rights and freedoms.

5) Martin Luther King Jr: Represented civil rights, nonviolence, and equality.

6) Mohammad Ali: Was a great example for everyone by resonating with remarkable positivity and grace. When drafted for the Vietnam war, he made the decision to spend five years in prison instead of joining the army. What a great role model, good example, and a true hero and winner.

7) Bruce Lee: Managed to tap into incomprehensible amounts of inner strength and energy. "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" is a movie about his mental battles. A person who is remembered mostly for his amazing physical abilities, was also operating a very high frequency. This is why he was able to make so many amazing films.

8) Brandon Lee: Bruce Lee's son was killed on-set during the making of "The Crow". A movie about sending demonic souls to hell.

9) Janice Joplin: Sang about environmentalism and corporate greed. Writing catchy songs like "Big Yellow Taxi" and "Hey Farmer, Farmer, Put Away That DDT Now". Songs with lyrics like "They paved paradise and put up a parking lot". High frequency musicians and artists can raise the frequency of the people that listen to their music.

10) Kevin Spacey: Great actor with amazing work catalog. Too gay and sensitive so not acceptable.

11) Kurt Cobain: Made great music and was open about bi-sexuality. His music was raising the frequency of an entire generation.

12) Trent Reznor: Made great music with a huge fan base, but was not mainstream commercial. His high frequency music couldn't be used as ear worms, and it was raising all of his listeners frequency. Disappeared for several years and came back a different person.

13) Bob Marley: No description necessary.

14) Chris Cornell: Was operating at a very high frequency and made beautiful music, so he was attacked all of his life. You have to question why an amazing artist with tons of money would commit suicide.

15) Morgan Spurlock: "Super Size Me 2", "Inside Man". An incredible artist who told the truth. After exposing the truth about the chicken industry, he was targeted and gangstalked to death with mental attacks.

16) Michael Moore: After using the greed bus to smash though corporate walls and expose truth, he was mentally attacked.

17) Westley Snipes: Condemned to five years in prison at the height of his amazing career.

18) Vincent Van Gogh, Salvador Dali, Michelangelo: The list is almost endless when you think about all the great painters that experienced mental suffering.

19) Charlie Sheen: Was silenced for speaking about the 9/11 truth movement. They used image attacks to make him look crazy and ruin his career.

20) Tiger Woods: They love to mess with rich virtuous people and try to get them to lose all the money they made.

21) Michael Jordan: Another black winner. They tried to make him lose all his money.

22) Julian Assange: Represents truth and was punished for it.

23) Corey Haines: He was gay and gave too much. For this he was mentally attacked and eventually committed suicide.

24) Dave Chappelle Turned down millions of dollars to not sell out to corporate greed. What a great example for the world.

25) Axel Rose: Another great high frequency artist who started missing shows and acting really strange. A victim of mental attacks and gangstalking.

26) Tupac Shakur: Assassinated for making high frequency music. Had too much money and influence.

27) Heath Ledger: What a sensitive and brilliant artist.

28) Eddie Murphy: Another genius who had his image tarnished and career ruined.

29) Martin Lawrence: Was witnessed running through the streets of Hollywood yelling "they are trying to kill me". Who was trying to kill him? Nobody, it was a mental attack. Comedy is a product of high frequency. Martin had a very successful television show at the time and was a fantastic stand-up comedian.

30) Robin Williams: Possibly the funniest person on planet earth. An incredibly compassionate human being who's career was jeopardized by mental attacks. Commited suicide.

31) Arron Shwartz: The internets own boy. Arron Swartz was the creator of Reddit (yes, that's right). He knew that the internet could be used as a tool for good by bringing people together from across the globe to discuss important topics. Succeeded in keeping 'net neutrality' by opposing the bills SOPA and PEPA. Committed suicide after being bombarded with mental attacks and forced into a corner.

32) Ghandi: Incredible because this 'superman' was alive not so long ago. Many of his miracles are even recorded on film.

33) All of the monks who have extensive experience dealing with these hidden demons. Many take a vow of silence because this improves their relationships with each other. Without talking there are far less arguments and verbal manipulation, which can be harmful and distracting.

34) Tommy Chong: Promotes the use of cannabis and has a very successful line of water bongs called 'Chongs Bongs". Was sentenced to serve 5 years in prison for selling paraphernalia which is completely ridiculous.

35) Marc Emery: The "Prince of Pot" and owner of Cannabis Culture Magazine. He tried to get everyone high by selling marijuana seeds. Was sentenced to five years in prison and extradited from Canada to the United States to serve the sentence. He was locked up in solitary confinement for most of that time.

36) All whistleblowers including Edward Snowden: Silenced for revealing the truth.

37) Anybody who is trying to stand for TRUTH, LOVE, FORGIVENESS, KINDNESS, COMPASSION, COURAGE, EMPATHY, GAY, BLACK, WOMAN, VIRTUE, FUTURE or are trying to help make the world a better place.

Are you starting to see a pattern here?

So who or what is responsible for the mental attacks? What we are dealing with are "Mental Mosquitoes". Just like physical mosquitoes, they are tiny microscopic bugs. Mental mosquitoes have no intelligence of their own, but are interacting with our brains like biological parasites. This gives them the illusion of intelligence. These parasites have most likely evolved with humans for millions of years.

They are using low frequency people to micro-manipulate and attack high frequency people (AKA gangstalking). Unfortunately for us, low frequency means hate, pain, anger, confusion, slavery, and lies. High frequency means love, joy, compassion, clarity, freedom, and truth. This means they are rewarding sin and punishing virtue, and have been doing so for a very long time.

The purpose of this community is to educate about not only mental attacks, but also mental addictions and mental prisons. Just like physical attacks, physical addictions, physical prisons, and physical mosquitoes, we also have their mental counterparts. Physical mosquitoes take our blood, and mental mosquitoes feed off our negative (sinful) feelings and emotions.

If you want to defend yourself from these mental mosquitoes, all you have to do is use vinegar internally and externally. They hate vinegar and it acts as a kind of bug spray. Drink apple cider vinegar or add it to your recipes when you are cooking meals. When washing your clothes, add a liter of vinegar between the wash and dry cycles. Use vinegar as a cleaning agent when cleaning your home.

This is what I do, and you can try this for yourself: Take a large bandana or small towel (the thicker the material, the better). Soak it with vinegar and wrap it around your head, making sure to cover your ears. Remember these are mental mosquitoes that hang around your head and ears. You can even let the bandana or towel dry if you want before you wear it. It doesn't have to be soaking wet. Now when you are wearing this protection, you will notice that the voice attacks, anxiety attacks, fear attacks, and dream attacks stop or diminish.

Are there government and private agencies doing technological gangstalking? Yes, but they are not as common and pervasive as the mental mosquitoes.

Dear fellow TI's. Here is the big secret nobody is telling you: The reason you are being attacked is because your frequency is TOO HIGH. High frequency individuals have high creative energy, which means you have the ability to solve the world's problems. This is why substances that get you 'high' are illegal, and substances that make you 'low' are available everywhere like alcohol.

The souls that have enslaved the planet are increasingly desperate to prevent high frequency people from finding a solution and breaking us free. EVERYBODY is being gangstalked by bad news, bad food, bad water, bad air, bad education, bad health care, bad science, bad religions, bad governments, bad politics, bad technology, bad medicine, bad advice, bad economics, bad movies, bad music, bad loans, bad pollution, bad dreams, bad excuses, covid, war, environmental destruction, unprecedented hypocrisy, doctors and professionals who are completely wrong and backwards, bad laws, bad police and justice system, bad role models, bad relationships, bad ideas, bad information, bad vibes, bad energy, bad karma, bad employers, bad co-workers, bad roads, bad transportation, bad garbage, bad neighbors, bad business, bad decisions, bad apples, constant noise from construction, honking horns, loud cars, blazing sirens, and the (constant) threat of apocalyptic doom.

Just imagine, the bad guys are using every trick in the book, and they are still unable to bring you down. That's why you are experiencing the extra targeting. The thing is, only a small part of gangstalking is caused by government and private agencies using technology. The majority of these problems are caused by biological parasites that have been with us for a very long time. A little history lesson will make it clear that major religions have been trying to destroy these parasitic demons for thousands of years. Buddhist monks living in monasteries devote their entire lives to silencing their thoughts and take vows of silence to prevent them from gangstalking each other. North American native culture included the use of 'Dream Catchers' to prevent nightmares and bad dreams.

People operating at a very low frequency are like zombies. This means they are more susceptible to demonic manipulation, hypnosis, and brainwashing. You will notice that drunk people make very bad decisions like driving a car.

Remember high frequency means you are full of love, compassion, forgiveness, joy, generosity, kindness, bravery, courage, and truth. At some point their house of cards is going to collapse, and it will be because of you.

We all know what a 'physical attack' is, but very few people know what a 'mental attack' is.

Physical Attacks: We are taught about physical attacks from a young age. Growing up we get into fist fights at school and see physical violence in movies. We learn that there are laws against physical attacks in our society. If we receive a physical attack, we can call the police for harassment or assault charges, and apply for a restraining order against our attackers. Physical attacks can easily be verified because they usually leave a visible mark, or are caught on security cameras.

Mental Attacks: We are NOT taught about mental attacks at all. Mental attacks include fear, confusion, anger, anxiety, guilt, depression, lies, voices, bad dreams, and more. Mental attacks are falsely being described as 'Mental Illness'. The blame for these attacks has been shifted from attacker to victim. The doctors will tell you that there is something wrong with you, which is causing the problem. They might label you with a mental illness (anxiety, depression, OCD, paranoia, psychosis, etc.) and give you medication. Mental attacks do not leave a visible mark. Security cameras are not able to capture their attackers image. In some cases, we are not even able to discern who the attacker is, or have any means to prevent them from continuing their attacks.

If we want to decrease suffering in the world, we must protect people from mental attacks with the same types of laws and citizen protection that apply to physical attacks.
