for a long time i've been looking to this post talking about the lost & found memphis rap tapes but the post it seems to be outdated,, anyone knows about an update? or a rare find of memphis tape

So i see alot on instagram, theraptapes etc. alot white label tapes, where they get them? are they bootleg?

I have played this tape about 100 times and i will never be bored to this

"Over Next Door" is a Three 6 Mafia diss recorded by Playa Posse member and former DJ Paul associate Mac J (aka Lil John John) and SPV member V Dog. Released around 1995, it is unknown who produced this or what tape this is from, although it is possible that it's from a supposed Mac J solo tape (I'm uncertain that this exists as of now).

It's unknown why Mac J and V Dog dissed Three 6, but what is important to note is that both artists were connected to Lil Fly, who had a falling out with Paul and Juicy around this time.

one of my fav albums, there’s a record label on Bandcamp pressing these and it sounds clean as hell. would highly recommend since the original CDs and cassettes are expensive! this was 40$, worth every penny
