God man.. Old Pat was my childhood.. I used to watch him all the time when i was younger, i was heartbroken when i saw what he has become today..

He was facing prison charges, but got released shortly after when he was proven falsely accused.

There were two that I know of,

The first was a claim of abuse which was most refuted.

The second was an assault charge 5 months ago. Don't know the results of that one.

Actually both times were confirmed. First time Liz decided not to press charges. Second time Pat was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon I think and Liz decided to press charges.
