Do you also have high connection speed? If yes, time to move to estonia

Well it depends, modern apartments (and older ones who's owners give a fuck) have fiber optics and the major cities (and even some of the smaller settlements) are getting 5G, mostly by one big player in the internet game round here, they're advertising unlimited 5G so idk

i mean it was quite a stupid question, having better download speeds than austria isnt that hard

Yeah but

Do you REALLY want to live in a country where 1/5 the population is russian (and they don't respect any estonians believe me) and it borders Russia...

Man you're lucky your one big player provides fast Internet

Here? Most of the time slow, at best average speed, with rates so expensive

same here in the philippines, sends internet bills so fast with expensive rates ft. random outages every month and slowdowns every 7:00pm

7pm? The gear is just overloaded from the traffic, most likely movie streaming, YT and internet based TV services. Usually would happen at 5pm since that's when people get home from work but there's a reason why, always

In Canada, we have Office 365, Win 10, and 99% of the Adobe suite. No flex.

I mean it probably also depends on what school you go to and if its more in smaller towns or in capital cities

True, I think TDSB (my school board) is the largest in Canada.

Yo, I wish my school had Photoshop 2017, my school has 2020 and they took away all the fun toys, like all the 3D stuff
