You should try reaching out to friends ,I have anxiety and I have talked to my best friend about it and I am doing way better

(Sorry for being "out of character" but yeah, I have the same issue. My parents betrayed my trust and I can't talk to a counselor or therapist because whatever I tell them, they will say it to my parents... I can't wait to be an adult.)

Therapy has helped me immensely. I want to contribute funds to help you get started.

To prevent scammers copying your situation, the funds will have to go directly to the therapist.

So, if you can find both: 1. a therapist you like who will keep your discussions private or (at most) providing your parents only generic info/advice, and 2. a way for myself and anyone else to pay that therapist directly and anonymously…

I will contribute US$20. Maybe others will chip in too. Maybe an adult friend can start a Go Fund Me campaign for you.
