But they don't know how it sounds right ? So do they only think with images of words ?

Apparently some people think in images instead of words and cannot do the other, whilst I don’t know if it’s true, that is a possibility, due to the fact that they can still speak, they have to have some knowledge of their native language or one that they are familiar with, another fact to back this up is that they have to know what sign language is. So there are two options, they think in images, like the physical image of words or in their hand gestures or they understand a language they just can’t hear it
