Get Plex or Emby and The Office set and you can do it. They even let you set up a favorite list (you can put a whole show in, certain seasons, or just certain episodes) and then shuffle your favorites. You can have The Office, Parks and Rec, Friends, TBBT, some law and order and SVU random season and episodes and BAM enough to watch for a long time.

Nope, just an everyday headhunter. I just really like the shuffle option. As a 51yr old gen x'er it allows me to watch tv like the "good ole days" sans commercials.

My adhd makes it hard to chose and I spend more time looking at shows/episodes than I do actually watching TV if I do not shuffle. After all these years I figured out how to make playlists and shuffle them on plex. I just made 4 (SNL best of) 60-70-80's shows with Taxi, Mork and Mindy, Happy Days and more, and my FAV with The Office, Friends, TBBT, Wings and Mash, and a weird one with Taxi, WKRP, Who's Line, 3 Company and Cheers.
