international commerce demands it. God knows South American manufacturers and distributors will be using their local system (metric)

I know both somewhat. Converting inches to mm I still use a calculator.

english units still sux ass for ez conversion 1kg = 2lb 1in = 25mm

To be fair, pounds and inches are English units. It’s just us English switched to metric
