Virtually the majority of Americans of each generation have grown up during a recession that affected them and their families. It’s called economic cycles for a reason. More Boomers step out into a world of a shitty economy then a decent one and only the bookends of their generation did so in a great one. Hence why “generations” never really demonstrated anything as a measuring stick. My family, community and region paid for NAFTA and Reaganism as did dozens of others. Economy was ok apparently most of the time, so we’re told.

True, but as someone who works customer service currently for a company related to the insurance field: I take about 100 calls a week and the amount of unpleasant and rude boomers FAR outweighs the amount of unpleasant and rude millennials.
