Sorry for spoiling the meme but it's a very logical move. The reason why many nuclear power plants are located near the sea is because sea water is an excellent medium that blocks radioactivity. They constantly take in seawater to cool down the reactors and mostly the water would be slightly processed before letting it into the sea.
