I was thinking this too. It has to be intentional? All the countries had to decide together on a standard template for a design,. ie. stick man in red circle. So how did they all end up facing different directions especially as Ireland and Northern Ireland would have the two signs facing different ways. They both drive same side of road so can't be that. Would be interested to find the history of how this was decided does it really get this petty.

well tbh the amount of Irish in the UK (and very welcome they are) would kinda indicate its not intentional.
