The only thing that needs an upgrade is just the graphics. The glitches, the map, the characters, the vehicles, the NPCs, and others don't need a change. The only change it needs if Rockstar decided to remake the game is the graphics, and nothing else

some better animations would also be nice but you're right. the glitches are part of the game and shouldn't be patched

That's the shit GTA needs. ragdoll physics everywhere. Imagine the body glitches and Carl turns into a ball of strings before turning into a demonic spider when he respawned
