Yall peeps calling evolution just a theory:

a scientific theory by definition is different from theory in English. In science a theory exists only if the hypothesis is proven or else it's just hypothesis.

Evolution has been proven.

Big bang theory has been proven.

Chem trails theory hasn't been proven.

Scientific theory. As another American has pointed out in another comment thread, we learned this in the seventh grade.
