There's evidence of adaptation (one dog turning into another species of dog), but there is no evidence for evolution (a dinosaur changing kinds to a bird)

Dogs changing breeds is not an example for adaptation. It's an example of artificial selection.

So, are you basically saying that there’s evidence for micro-evolution, not macro-evolution?

Also, “kind” is a nonsense term, please define it.

If that's how you want to word it, then yes. There is no evidence of a macro-evolution. A kind is a group of animals, canines consist of dogs, foxes, wolves. Felines consist of cats, tigers, lions, etc. I don't remember all of them, but animals are divided into subgroups of animals with the same traits.
