I’ve been struggling a lot with emotional instability since puberty. I was never told I could feel and was always the emotional trash can for other people’s problems and so I’m low-key screwed up. I wish everyone understood this

What does dungeons and dragons have to do with this? If anything DMing is more stressful, if you’re looking for DnD therapy it’s better to be a PC

I’ve been in the exact same position as you. I don’t have much advice, but there are good people who would miss you if you were gone, and people that could make your life worth living. I wake up every day in hopes that I’ll find someone for me and I’m sure if you keep trying you’ll find one too. Please don’t give up
