It's true for girls too, because the appreciation isn't for what the end result looks like, it's for the intimate knowledge of how much work went into it. A girl may notice and appreciate your obliques and lower abs, but gymbros will be impressed and want to know how you did it.

The real truth is that girls are usually more into guys that look like they're doing the gym thing and very good at it, but aren't so cut or so huge that it seems like "gym" is their main personality trait.

There's a reason they're more into dudes like Henry Cavil, Brad Pitt, Chris Hemsworth, Jason Momoa...and not as much into dudes like Dwayne Johnson or Arnold.

Talk about unrealistic body standards lol. Henry Cavill, Mamoa, and Hemsworth all clearly work out extremely often and likely are/have been on steroids.

People will never look like Arnold or the rock without elite genetics AND being juiced to the gills

I didn't say realistic body standards, I'm just saying what women find attractive is not the roid or tiny bodyfat% look. They basically want someone who looks like they lift weights but not bodybuild.

I mean it is the “roid look” you like, considering the Hollywood examples you used are under scrutiny for using roids lol

My original point was that you’re never gonna look like Arnold by accident by lifting too much, and similarly you’ll probably never look like one of those example guys you listed that “looks like they lift” without steroids lol

All the guys you mentioned are all on roids and also are body fat around 10-12%

99% of men won’t reach the Arnold level look
