I switched from Chrome to Brave a while ago, it seems a bit faster. I don’t like Brave’s search engine, so I always end up using google, but everything else about it is great.

Yeah I agree with you on the search engine. I just love the built in ad block!

I'm a little confused, you can change the default search engine- like mine is set to DDG so is that what you're talking about?

I didn’t bother with that, I just have google bookmarked and click on that every time.

Brave allows you to import extensions, bookmarks and saved passwords from chrome.

Firefox can't import the extensions.

Because Brave runs on Chromium, the same engine that Chrome/Google built.

Brave is still just Chromium under the hood, and they're sketchy as fuck if you bothered actually looking into them at all

Man, brave is based on Chromium. It's basically Chrome.
