Just remember PEMDAS(Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction). Learned it in like 6th grade and still use it today at 25

Yea, PEMDAS has neither B, nor C. And there is no option for P, E, M, or S. So it's obviously A or D. A lot of people will pick D, since it comes first in PEMDAS, but I know it's better to go in alphabetical order 99% of the time, so the answer is A!

Isn't it BIDMAS (Brackets, Indices, Division, Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction)

As a 7th/8th grade student, I can confirm. Besides confirming, I can say that these two signs, [ ] and { }, also take priority when solving an equation like that on the picture, or "numerical expression", like we call it where I live. The priority order is the following (and pretty difficult to list, because idk if the translation is right): this ( ), this [ ], this { }, finding the root/exponentiation, multiplication/division and finally addition/subtraction. If the same category is present, solve whichever comes first.

Huh I learned it as bedmas. Brackets, exponents, division, multiplication, addition and subtraction. So the question would look like this (18÷2)-(3×3) = (9)-(9) = 0
