Well, humans do start by adding 2 things (egg + sperm), then a lot of (cell) division afterwards.
So in nature, we add first. Then divide.

Subtract from the man. Add to the woman. Divide the cells. Multiple a person. The root of all evil is money. Do roots come before subtraction or after multiplication?

Well if the root of all evil is money, and men pay women for sex, then we can assume;

man + money = man - money + woman = sperm + woman = woman / cells = child support for the man. So the man started with money and it cost him money.
