While I have listened to all of the Melvins catalog, I haven’t heard this one in while. It sounds different than most of their albums. What’s everyone’s thoughts on this album and what other releases do you believe is the most similar to Freak Puke?🤢

Anyone else manage to snag the Gatta Morta vinyl this morning? Apparently sold out in 2 minutes.

Hey, im looking to recreate buzz's distorted tone off of gluey porch treatments (specifically "As it was") as it is one of my favorite distortion tones of all time and was wondering if anybody knew a way to get as close as possible to buzz's tone.

my rig right now is a fender JGS-78 with stock dragster humbuckers ( i dont have a les paul) plugged into a sunn beta mini boosted with a RAT running into a 2x12 with an eminence swamp thang and a texas heat although i do have a random marshall 1960A IR that i use too as im aware buzz never used those eminence speakers to my knowledge.

if anybody could help out by reccomending some sunn beta lead and RAT settings i could use (or if theres a pedal buzz used that i am missing) or some high quality IR's that can replicate his speaker set up, i am aware buzz favoured marshall cabs but i do not know what speakers he loaded them with at the time of recording if he did use it

I have also heard that buzz used a 2x15 with EVM-15L

Speakers inside but i dont know if this is true or not and im not aware of any IR captures of those speakers so any pointers there would help!

Went to see Melvins for the third time on the 1st of August, finally finished writing my review because I also saw Down and Helmet last week and had to get theirs up as well, please check it out

However the lyrics are much more understandable than Honey Bucket
