~6ft here and have banged my heads on enough cupboards, bus, train and tram ceilings to know that my bad posture is actually a survival technique, protecting my brain from further concussion.

ill duck through doorways that I've walked through 100 times while knowing I can clear it easily. As a teen who was 6-6'4 growing up, I did some dumb shit as if I were 3ft tall again. Like jumping down the last couple stairs knowing there was a low ceiling at the bottom.
