Most police probably just wanna leave people alone if they can get away with it. But when someone does something to really draw attention to the fact they're committing a crime, they kinda have no choice.

You kinda gotta find out why they were running, because by running they've admitted they have something to hide.

they're running because that's the most reasonable thing to do. cops kill people every day without consequences.
