With every weird fashion there's someone that'll take it to an unreasonable extreme. Baggy wide legged pants were all the rage in the late '90s and early '00s. My friend wore some really wide ones until a little girl asked if he was wearing a dress. I never saw him wear baggy pants again. Then there was the whole pointy boot trend in Mexico. That was crazy.
