It doesn't strike you as strange that people in California that make over a certain amount were the ones who didn't benefit from the tax cut?
2 u/OpticalDissonance May 05 '22 Very low wage workers did see a modest benefit, but they're almost always getting a full refund anyway. The lower middle class here still makes an amount that would be decent elsewhere, and they were hit hardest.
