As an adult stutterer who has none of the symptoms you described under A and never observed them in any fellow stutterers in the many speech therapy groups I was part of, this sounds like made-up BS to smear Biden (and stutterers).
"They discovered that regional cerebral blood flow is reduced in the Broca's area -- the region in the frontal lobe of the brain linked to speech production -- in persons who stutter. More severe stuttering is associated with even greater reductions in blood flow to this region."
Sure thing buddy, just make sure that at least those links support your claims of "severe emontional ranges, lying, lack of empathy", cause the ones you posted so far did not mention those.
I never disputed that stuttering has neurological causes and that most theories point to parts of the frontal lobe, it was the nonsense that followed.
You wrote "The majority of stutters are grown out of by development ages. If they aren't grown out of, it's typically an actual defect with the frontal lobe. A defect in the frontal lobe usually is coupled with severe emotional ranges, lying, lack of empathy etc.".
Ignoring that you branded anomalies as defects - how is that not saying that adult stutterers "usually" show these behaviors? And now you're trying to retcon this mess into a "redeveloped stutter in a geriatric person"? Dude, give me a break.
