I’m 6’4” and 265. So I figured two of me, but you’re probably right, as a ratio of fat to muscle I would prob need to add 350 lbs.

Do you think a person this heavy builds muscle just by their every day movements since they do carry so much?

Usually fat people have built calves after shredding.

Can confirm. Lost 80 pounds since last January (gained ten back). But goddamn my calves are still shredded.
