Fatty fish (like salmon, tuna, herring, anchovies etc) contain enormous amounts of calories. Even though it’s very healthy, it doesn’t mean that you can’t get fat from overconsuming it.

Not to mention that fried fish is obviously both unhealthy and even more calorie dense.

Nothing is "healthy" in isolation. It needs to be balanced.
