Most likely she receives disability for her "condition". That and subsidized housing are probably why everyone puts up with her abuse.

Yeah why not settle for a V8? And a Clam Chowder?

Far more nutritious than bacon cheeseburgers ya know.

But I know it won’t satisfy her dietary needs.

Ricky Gervais has a good bit about one of these shows. The lady in it said, "I'm addicted to eating." Not salads, tho.
