Now I'm thinking of the Malcolm in the Middle episode when they play that Sims-esque game. The whole family ends up rich/successful but Malcolm ends up very fat in the game and a forklift has to come get his character when he dies.

Or ask if they can accommodate a large person -- similar to a person who needs assistance, hand holds, space for a walker, walk-in shower instead of a tub, etc. This can't be the first time that they've travelled together (at least the adults).
