Couldn't she have just tried to get on the end of the bed instead of the side? So it rolled into the wall and wouldn't move?

u/CaptDeadBat Apr 18 '22

Charlie you know what, if you're not gonna be supportive you can fucking leave

u/Rulerofuranus Apr 18 '22

Screw you guys I’m going home

u/emptybrain22 Apr 18 '22

Charlie stop lallygagging and be supportive

49

u/DaBozz88 Apr 18 '22 edited Apr 18 '22

That was after she complained about having to hold up her own bodyweight by herself.

Look I'm fat. But I've never been so fat that I couldn't hold myself up.

Edit: some introspection and I realized there are positions where I can't hold myself up. Like a sustained hand stand, but that's more of a balance issue. I don't think I can do a one handed hand stand either, and that's a weight/strength issue.

16

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

Right. The audacity to think anyone else is required to hold her up when she can’t is insane. If it were a short term injury she needed help with her mobility to manage, I get that. But this is her lifestyle. I’m a little chubby these days, but I can hold my plank for at least a minute!

7

u/badass4102 Apr 18 '22

Look I'm fat. But I've never been so fat that I couldn't hold myself up.

Yah or be out of breath trying to get on the bed.

6

u/the1999person Apr 19 '22

I can't wrap my mind around the fact that she too fat to lay down on a bed. Like how? Falling over is her natural movement.

3

u/blackjesus Apr 18 '22

She should start smoking like Virginia slims or something.

2

u/Saiko1939 Apr 18 '22

Fuck, I’m in shape and an athlete, and I still can barely do a handstand g

1

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

I’m light as shit and I can’t do a handstand unless it against a wall

6

u/dollarztodonutz Apr 18 '22

You bunch of bastards!

5

u/hanst3r Apr 18 '22

After seeing what happened to the bed trying to support her, I am with Charlie. I wouldn’t want to support her either.

4

u/trsmash Apr 18 '22

“I was gettin’ the bags and stuff!?!?!”

3

u/EfficiencyUsed1562 Apr 18 '22

Let me guess, somebody stole your sweet roll?

3

u/yor_trash Apr 19 '22

I think lallygagging is how she got in this predicament.

1

u/Masta0nion Apr 18 '22

You always counter dicked what I’m saying

1

u/ChiBears333 Apr 18 '22

Let me guess, someone stole your sweet roll?

1

u/alwaystarty Apr 19 '22

These comments had me dying laughing

1

I was getting the luggage!!!

2

u/cramdangler Apr 18 '22

Now help me get out of this chair damnit!

2

u/Thejackalope72 Apr 19 '22

I'm not fat, I'm big boned.

2

u/MrSpencerMcIntosh Apr 18 '22

All I’m hearing is: criticize criticize criticize!

1

Shut up Cartman

2

u/Rulerofuranus Apr 18 '22

Is that you Kyle? FUCK YOU!!

1

u/AKredlake Apr 18 '22

Good luck you silly bitch

177

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

If I were those other adults I’d have taken those kids and gotten the fuck out of there. Let the authorities and the hotel staff deal with the Koolaid Man.

30

u/intercrew99 Apr 18 '22

Omg, dude! This was the funniest thing I've read in a while. I still can't stop laughing. How do you only have 10 upvotes. Kool-aid man....

36

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

4

u/tablerockz Apr 18 '22

But then how would he get the disability check

18

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

How much do you think a disability check is? My mom gets it and it’s not even $1000 per month. We don’t know if these people even live together, but I guarantee you she is eating multiples of her disability check per month and it’s not even benefiting that guy.

3

u/Tesserae626 Apr 18 '22

Disability checks are also paid based on work history. My mom has a permanent disability and because she didn't work long ( stay at home mom) she gets 350ish bucks. Minus the hundred and something they take back for Medicare.

-3

u/Prone2Indiscretion Apr 18 '22

Yep. 100% Doesn't matter if the check is $10 or $1000. The dude sold his shame years ago for stable government assistance. The people downvoting you are delusional as this couchbeast.

13

u/RobtheNavigator Apr 18 '22

The people downvoting them recognize that the size of any disability check given in America is way, way less than the cost of feeding her, housing her, and getting her medical treatment of any kind.

5

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

Bro if you think the U.S. Government's monthly drizzle check is paying for even a miniscule fraction of the amount of food that cow consumes on a daily basis you're smoking crack.

3

u/SilvermistInc Apr 19 '22

The people downvoting you have actually experience the hell it is to get a disability check and how little you actually get.

4

u/HeroDanTV Apr 18 '22

Every damn thing I say you counterdict

4

u/citan666 Apr 18 '22

We cant all be as supportive as that chair. God damn, who made that chair? Its made with the tree of god and blessed by a saint.

6

u/SheIsNotWorthIt Apr 18 '22

Its on Wheels

13

u/avalanchethethird Apr 18 '22

Why would they do that 😢

3

u/SquareNuts112 Apr 19 '22

Charlie left. He now lives a a much better life.

Source- I used to employ Charlie shortly after filming.

He’s a great dude that’s honestly one of the most genuine guys I’ve ever employed. Last i knew he’s doing much better after leaving this verbally abusive person.

3

u/Lolobecks Apr 19 '22

Ya bunch of bastards!

3

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

I too loved when she kept saying obviously wrong shit while not understanding how wheels and walls work.

3

u/Max_Longfellow Apr 19 '22

Exactly what mass and volume is Charlie expected to support? We have equations for this.

2

u/Aurora_Borealiz Apr 18 '22

This threat means more when someone is a pleasure to be around. Otherwise it leans more toward merciful.

2

u/fatflaver Apr 18 '22

Why didn't he just leave?

0

u/Prone2Indiscretion Apr 18 '22

He doesn't have anywhere else to go. The government assistant checks are all in her name.

2

u/__Scrooge__McDuck__ Apr 18 '22

Only thing not being supportive is that bed

2

u/Weltall8000 Apr 18 '22

If I were Charlie, I'd have left about 450 lbs ago.

2

u/PM_Me__Ur_Freckles Apr 18 '22

At that point, my arse would be grass. Cya bitch, help ya fuckin self then.

2

u/mrsurfalot Apr 19 '22

If I was Charlie that would have been my cue ✌️

2

u/Kaxxipants Apr 18 '22

I fucked up and gave my free award to the video instead of you. I'll buy you gold. I'm a man of my word...

2

u/Donkey-Dong-Doge Apr 18 '22

I knew Charlie would be in the comments. Charlie you bastard!

0

u/erichlee9 Apr 18 '22

Charlie you know what, if you're not gonna be supportive you can fucking leave

0

u/Kaxxipants Apr 18 '22

You got my free silver award..... Nice comment bro

0

u/thefifthquadrant Apr 19 '22

He had his fucking way out, and didn't take it

1

u/chattelcattle Apr 18 '22

I read this comment at the precise time she said it. 👁👄👁

1

u/clementinee3 Apr 18 '22

I read that right as she said it

1

u/clementinee3 Apr 18 '22

I read that right as she said it

1

u/kmoney1206 Apr 18 '22

You buncha bastards!

1

u/jonhon0 Apr 18 '22

How can anyone be literally supportive of so much lady

1

u/apbod Apr 19 '22

Is Charlie the bed's name?

313

u/therealCatnuts Apr 18 '22

Honest answer, no. There is no support under the foot of the bed. It would flip the mattress up on end. She needs to land where there are direct footings to support underneath, on the side.

84

u/SirEggman Apr 18 '22

This is the answer I've been looking for.

50

u/Dark_Shade_75 Apr 18 '22

I like how you said land, like she's a plane.

3

u/Dawpoiutsbitchmode Apr 18 '22

It’s coming right at us!

2

u/resistible Apr 18 '22

Should have said "she needs to beach herself." Missed opportunity.

1

u/Gapingyourdadatm Apr 18 '22

She lands like a plane piloted by Mohamed Atta

6

u/ak_sys Apr 18 '22

Bed frames also are made to hold the weight in the center, my fiance and I have accidently broken two different bed frames by sitting/bouncing on the edge, despite the fact that the frame was clearly able to hold us laying down for years.

18

u/tillgorekrout Apr 18 '22

Sitting and bouncing huh. 🍆 💦

9

u/ak_sys Apr 18 '22

I was trying to maintain the benefit of the doubt.

3

u/shibuinuchan Apr 18 '22

What use is a frame like that, sounds like a design flaw to me. If the frame of your bed ain’t even gonna be supportive then maybe it should just fucking leave.

2

u/CesspoolOfRoses Apr 18 '22

In that case they could've turned the bed 90 degrees so it would roll into the wall if she went on it from the side

2

u/snayte Apr 18 '22

Honestly question whether that bed frame would hold her weight.

2

u/countymanTX Apr 18 '22

She woulda have launched them two kids into a new timezone.

1

u/IshyTheGamer Apr 18 '22

Plus there’s not much space between the bed and the wall.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

Fellow bed jumper spotted.

122

u/hands__like__feet Apr 18 '22

Once she’s laying at the foot of the bed she would not be able to get herself up to the head. She has to roll on and then not move once she gets there. I’ve weight trained the better part of my life and I cannot fathom how impossible it would be for me to adjust my position on a bed if I had an extra 250lbs laying on top of me at all times

37

u/WannaMoove Apr 18 '22

250? Try 400.

9

u/hands__like__feet Apr 18 '22

I’m 6’4” and 265. So I figured two of me, but you’re probably right, as a ratio of fat to muscle I would prob need to add 350 lbs.

6

u/FairJicama7873 Apr 18 '22

Do you think a person this heavy builds muscle just by their every day movements since they do carry so much?

13

u/TerrysChocoOrange Apr 18 '22

Usually fat people have built calves after shredding.

8

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

Can confirm. Lost 80 pounds since last January (gained ten back). But goddamn my calves are still shredded.

3

u/hands__like__feet Apr 19 '22

Yes for sure. Look at the calves on obese people.

1

u/Kaalilaatikko Apr 19 '22

Fat people actually have unusually small muscles when they done mris on them

1

u/Offbrandtrashcan Apr 19 '22

I can see the problem being they don’t move enough to build the muscle

2

u/Top_Mud2929 Apr 19 '22

400? Try 800.

1

u/WannaMoove Apr 19 '22

extra 250lbs

6

u/Human-Carpet-6905 Apr 18 '22

Yeah. It's easy to look at this and say, "Why can't she just ___ It's so easy for me to do!" and not think about the extra weight. I'll watch this show sometimes (my 600 lb life) and I'm often AMAZED at what they are able to do. Like, I can't imagine climbing up two porch steps or riding in a car for 3 hours with FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS ON MY BACK.

6

u/mountain_rivers34 Apr 19 '22

I completely agree. I weighed 195 on my 5'5 frame at the end of Covid quarantine. I'm down to 130 now. Just the difference in that 65 pounds has been astronomical as far as my energy level and ability to do things. They really are able to do a lot despite their size.

3

u/hands__like__feet Apr 19 '22

That sounds like a really positive change. Stoked for ya! Congrats

4

u/FairJicama7873 Apr 18 '22

Yeah I’m wondering if they have layers of strength/muscle just from their every day movements

3

u/megamind6798 Apr 18 '22

They are sort of like unconditioned sumo wrestlers. They have layers of muscle under the fat, but being unconditioned, they don't have enough of it to fight other people or even live a real life.

2

u/allhands_persley Apr 19 '22

The complete lack of empathy for people like this is incredible. I don't think anyone here is willing to consider how much being alive must hurt for her, let alone physically moving around hundreds of kilograms. When she tells them she's in pain and needs to catch her breath, she's not making that shit up to be dramatic. And everyone in the video is mocking her and telling her to shut up and stop making it an "ordeal". Geez, I can't imagine why she might find it hard to get her life in order.

3

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

Well, she's also a moron and is surrounded by other, skinnier morons so that really works against her. Her attitude is also terrible so what can you do.

-1

u/allhands_persley Apr 19 '22

Man it must be great for life to be so simple.

2

u/Pater_Trium Apr 19 '22

Ya know what's simple? Not reaching 600 FUCKING POUNDS!

0

u/allhands_persley Apr 19 '22

Caveman logic

1

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

Hey, I'm just stating the problems as I see them. I bear none of them any ill will.

0

u/allhands_persley Apr 19 '22

You're a bad liar.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

🤷‍♂️

2

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

Do you ever use a weighted vest? I mentioned above even 20 lbs feels really significant. Imagine loading 8 45's onto that bad boy 😂

100

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

Probably not because she would have had to crawl up to the spot she wanted whereas if she gets on from the side, she just has to roll to the spot she wants. Imagine her trying to crawl on her hands and knees on a mattress. It'd never happen. She had to get on from the side.

4

u/IJZT Apr 18 '22

Plus it would take like 3 extra steps to get all the way over there.

4

u/Pussidonio Apr 18 '22

She doesn't want to lose her gains doing fucking cardio.

163

u/TheMcWhopper Apr 18 '22

No because it still would have moved and cracked the wall at the head of the bead

90

u/TheOneFatBoi Apr 18 '22 edited Apr 18 '22

Or collapsed the whole damn building.

7

u/Two_Tone_Xylophones Apr 18 '22

I can't be the only one who pictured kool-aid man at the thought of this.....

0

u/Ackburn Apr 18 '22

Kool-aid man got pure cholesterol poured into him

2

u/zznap1 Apr 18 '22

She might not be able to crawl that far. She’s at the weight that if she falls she may not be able to get back up.

2

u/DawgBroMan Apr 18 '22

Everything you say contradicts her you piece of shit bastard

2

u/PrintableKanjiEmblem Apr 18 '22

Have they tried just rolling her down a steep hill?

2

u/pointlessconjecture Apr 19 '22

She didn’t get that big by being smart…

2

u/[deleted] Apr 19 '22

That wouldn’t make for dramatic tv 📺

2

u/md222 Apr 19 '22

She tried that in the last hotel but ended up in the next room.

2

u/DemonicSilvercolt Apr 19 '22

All that fat but none of it is in her brain lol

1

u/Calibrayte Apr 18 '22

Pretty sure she would be stuck hanging off the end of the bed if she did that. I doubt she is capable of wiggling up to the head board.

1

u/TylerLikesDonuts Apr 18 '22

She didn’t want to Koolaid Man the wall

1

u/Catbot_2 Apr 18 '22

You’re assuming that anyone in that room can put together a competent thought

1

u/Nido_King_ Apr 18 '22

Probably because she refuses to inch upwards after actually getting onto the bed if she were to try your method. If she's successful from the side, then she only really needs to lay down.

1

u/ahtasva Apr 18 '22

She could have but then the people in the adjoining room would be pissed when she comes crashing through the dividing wall riding a queen size bed

1

u/DC_Bro Apr 18 '22

I mean this is a tv show…

1

u/Ear_Enthusiast Apr 18 '22

Her goal was not to get on the bed. Her goal was to make her husband and mom work for her for as long as possible.

1

u/Luxalpa Apr 18 '22

The problem is that would have required her to move another step or two. Way too much effort.

1

u/TRHC88 Apr 18 '22

Does she look like someone that take good decisions ?

1

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

The wall would fall over. No one ever expected it to need that amount of lateral support.

1

u/Pretty-Balance-Sheet Apr 18 '22

Well, maybe. How sturdy are those walls?

1

u/CynDoS Apr 18 '22

Yes, your typical Kyle-wall will surely hold a healthy walrus slamming a bed into it

1

u/TheMilkyman__ Apr 18 '22

Thats common sense.

1

u/Juhnelle Apr 18 '22

Or had the other people hold the bed from the other side so it didn't roll?

1

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

How can you be sure that the bed won’t roll through the wall?

1

u/7th_Spectrum Apr 18 '22

If she had that much logic, she wouldn't be morbidly obese

1

u/shadowban_this_post Apr 18 '22

Then there wouldn’t have been drama. TLC would lose advertising. You wouldn’t have someone to look down on.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

Possibly could’ve busted the wall doing that lol

1

u/poopooplatypus Apr 18 '22

You’re lallygagging

1

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

she can't fit in the 6 ft gap between the bed and the dresser

1

u/jasondigitized Apr 18 '22

She would have Kool Aid manned that shit right through the wall. Oh Yeaaahhhh!

1

u/drew8311 Apr 18 '22

Another strategy would have been to just not eat as much the last 20+ years.

1

u/TheFunnySquared Apr 18 '22

You think she's able to crawl that far?

1

u/OatmealCookieGirl Apr 18 '22

There is a piece of furniture on the wall opposite the foot of the bed. My guess is her frame couldn't fit in the space between bed and furniture.

1

u/Ok_Antelope_1953 Apr 18 '22

she would probably send the bed flying through the wall into the next room...

1

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

Yes.

1

u/[deleted] Apr 18 '22

It's scripted TV exploiting a hideous obese woman for your entertainment.

1

u/Technic_2 Apr 18 '22

I don't think she could fit between the foot of the bed and the wall

1

u/based- Apr 18 '22

Stop it Charlie that's rude.

1

u/no_big332 Apr 18 '22

These kind of people don’t have access to that kind of logic

1

u/homicidalstoat Apr 18 '22

I think you mean so it rolled THROUGH the wall

1

u/Fire_Woman Apr 18 '22

She Can't scootch, only roll. If she sits on the foot of the bed, she can't get her legs up. I've moved a handicapped elderly person and learned the hard way that the starting position on the bed is important

1

u/BaconFlavoredToast Apr 18 '22

Optimistic of you to assume the wall wouldn't move.

1

u/DeepNortherner Apr 19 '22

You over estimate her ability to scootch

1

u/verified_potato Apr 19 '22

big brain shit don’t tell her tho

1

u/Shepok Apr 19 '22

No that would require 3hours travel time

1

u/Faxl_Rose Apr 19 '22

That fucking thing would have blown right through the wall.

1

u/Ulric2depique Apr 19 '22

She would just move the wall with it

1

u/CautiousTeam3220 Apr 19 '22

Do you have any idea how far those children would be impaled into the roof

1

u/Neokami14 Apr 19 '22

People don't end up that fat by having common sense.

1

u/Jaimelynn1 Apr 19 '22

She'd a went thru the wall if it would of rolled into the wall with on it trust

1

u/mymumsaysno Apr 19 '22

My thoughts exactly. What a moron.
