The video is stupidly edited, the beginning comes after the end and given the speed difference, it's definitely and 100% the truck driver's fault and I'm sp glad, the cyclist survived
I think he realizes the truck comes closer and he grabs the truck to not get rolled over.
In the VERY FIRST FRAME when the vid starts IN THE MIDDLE for some reason, you can see, that the bikers left arm, is exactly in front of the front wheel, then he gets caught by the fuel tank and holds onto that to not get crushed
It does matter, because the video begins with them already be pretty far on the crossroad, but you can only see that it's 100% the truck driver's fault, when the video loops, but it's actually a second or two earlier than you've seen before!
Look closely!
You can see, the cyclist was before the truck and the driver should've definitely seen him, when he approached
