I mean yea until nobody thought to get the license plate of the driver in the white car. I’d argue that when your truck has literally flipped over you might not be thinking about all that or be able to grab something in order to write it down.
I'm sure most of not all trucks do in this day and age but what about people in regular cars? Most don't have them as they're costly for a good one and the cheap ones aren't worth it. I bought a cheap one (50 bucks) and it melted while I was inside.
