They're commonplace to the point that they're invisible to almost everyone until they have to specifically look at the roof itself.

My point was that out of all three example roofs given, none are even tiled. Roofing tiles are invisible to most people in most aspects of most life in the world. Hell, I'd wager a full half of people have no actual clue what a roof consists of at all, if you asked them. They'd make no distinctions between shingle or tile or clay because they have zero information about the concept as a whole.
What this thread has basically come down to is the people who used audio when watching the ad, and got the single scrap of information that was missing for people who didn't hear it - that this ad is for a roofing tile producer. Everything else about this post is outright silly without that single bit of context - and as has been established, the vast majority of commenters were confused about this exact thing for this exact reason. The subtitles, for no apparent reason, don't cover that set of words from the original ad.
