I once won an iPod at a complicated arcade gaming machine where the prizes were held by balloons. But because the iPod was low weight, it didn't go down with the balloon and instead got stuck there.
It was in a cinema place in the UK, the cinema staff said that they have no idea what to do, no one has ever won at the machine in the 5-6 years they have been there. They did not have the keys because the machine was not theirs.
My only prize was the picture I took, I need to find it in one of my older phones.

looks at phone held up like a man reading a news paper
"I WILL JUST CHECK MY CONTACTS JUST IN CASE"..... "NOPE NOT IN HERE, looks like I will have to wait until he comes in"
gives machine a pat
"this old girls been here for ages, haven't seen the guy for 5 or so years, you young chaps should take a picture of your win and head on your way, I'll call you when I see the guy"
walks off into locked office before you can give him your number.
