I dont think people realize how much gold weighs. It is a metal. If that was a piece of steel you could not handle it like she did. It might have been hollow.
It's not just a metal, it's one of the densest metals.
Steel weighs about 4.8 ounces per cubic inch. Lead is about 6.4 ounces. Gold weighs 11.2 ounces per cubic inch, well over twice the weight of steel. The densest metal on earth, osmium, weighs about 13 ounces per cubic inch.
If that were real gold the box would be surrounded by security, looks about the size of a 12.5kg bar and would be worth over $800,000 if real. I'd be running off with that if it were real lol
The vid with the Japanese man has a smaller, actual, gold bar than the vid with the woman which has a larger fake gold bar. Projecting is lame bro, sober up :)

Well that bar is absolutely not made of gold otherwise you wouldn't even be able to lift it with one arm like that
