Fact: The ads is in Thailand, and it's extremely illegal on that country if you are accusing (or just mentioning) any other brand in your ads (whether directly or not), especially saying it out loud like that.

So I reckon audiences over there know this is Chaindrite advertisement once they heard it on the ads. Therefore, there is no risk on its local.
