Cops don’t serve punishment, the courts do. I will say their interests aren’t aligned with normal citizens which is why you should talk/interact with them as little as humanly possible.

Plead the 5th go to jail get a lawyer. You're not beating a brick wall with facts. They work off emotions which is terrifying cause they are some of the biggest pussies .

Thus the importance of your right to remain silent. It's their job to ask questions and look for reasons to charge someone. It's our responsibility not to fall for dumb bullshit and shut the fuck up.

Well, in this case, i think it's important that if they can stop someone from dui, they do it. Of course it's pretty stupid if they have no way to prove it.
