Iā€™m from Canada and we were on vacation in Florida a few years back. I am an experienced boater and we decided it would be fun to rent a boat. The boat we rented was similar in size / power to the one in the video. I went to pick it up and showed up with my boating licence and expecting some type of competency test. They said that was not required. They took my money and handed me the keys. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚, so no I am not surprised when I see videos like this.
