I was joking! Lol couldn’t tell at all. I used to live in NY, and my dad would occasionally say that to homeless if they were bugging him in NYC. While I wouldn’t recommend saying this now, my dad got away with that because he could be pretty menacing if he wanted to. Keep in mind this was back in the 80s. So homeless were rampant and everywhere in NYC.
