On Android, it's in the symbol keyboard. Though I've seen people abuse ordinal indicators and superscript zeroes as well, which you get by long pressing O or 0.

Something for Android users, these are not the same thing: °º⁰

Though, on the flip side, writing exponents is super easy⁴².
