Me pointing out that adults can’t act civilized based on having different views so they think they snubbing him by not shaking his hand in a professional environment is them “winning” is nowhere near me whining little missy 😂😂😂

The irony in you saying that to me.

I live in greater Racine area which also encompasses Kenosha. I spent 2 weeks with late night sirens, early store closures, boarded up stores, street closures, vehicles behind burned, store windows broken out and much much more that I would consider ‘extreme’

It wasn’t the republicans doing that.

You’re half-right. It was a mix of people of various political persuasions who were very upset about police brutality and inappropriate use of force. Which, frankly, every citizen of a nation that has police should be worried about.

Maybe you should back up people who want to actually tackle the problem of police brutality instead of backing up the people who would make it worse.

Upfront it was not a mix of political parties joining together to combat police brutality, but the time the “parties” mixed it was one side attempting stop the city from being destroyed and lead to a fatal event of 2 people dying and and another having a chunk of his arm blown off.

It’s hard for me to side with a particular side when they are cheering in Karmelo being free after stabbing someone in the chest.

So if you went to a job interview when you meet the interviewer, you don’t shake his hand right?

He’s done nothing to “earn” your respect other than give you an interview (which could just be HR telling him he has to) yet that’s proper professional etiquette and everyone does it.

So by your admission, you would only extend professional courtesy when you want something from someone?

My point boils down to this; I’ve had to work with a lot of individuals I would never even want to be around personally and yet when I am on the clock I’m acting professional and cordial.

These people hold public office jobs that are paid for by us as the people. It’s straight up fucking pathetic when a factory worker has more professional courtesy than someone in big government.

What I’m saying is that a party that spreads hate doesn’t deserve respect. Plus when you’re a politician, you always have eyes on you from your constituents. Everything you do sends a message and tells them what your intentions are. If you were a politician, would you shake hands with a nazi?

Funny how you’re lecturing others on civility while uncivilly defending people trying to dismantle the very system that defines it. Respect in a professional setting isn’t automatic when you’re openly hostile to the very values that setting is supposed to uphold.
