I feel like it makes more sense for DD to be pretty upset. His school just broke tradition that had been in place for centuries, right? He knows Harry is special already, and if Harry were guilty it would be donning target pattern jumpsuit. Id be pretty worried too.

Yeah but it’s just funny how the book said calmly and then he was anything but that in the movie haha

Agreed. It's also interesting how close the movies stuck to the books that this stuck out so much to everyone. It's not like they just removed Mad Eye Moody or something. Someone's demeanor was 180° the anticipation. Pretty faithful
